GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616): Chen Xi Appointed as Joint Company Secretary

GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616) announced that, due to personal work arrangements, Ms. Li Jingying has resigned from the position of joint company secretary of the Company, and has ceased to act as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the Company required to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from October 27, 2026. At the same time, Ms. He Yongzi has ceased to act as the process agent of the Company, with effect from October 27, 2026. Ms. Chen Xi has been appointed as joint company secretary, with effect from October 27, 2026. Ms. Chen, the newly appointed joint company secretary, has been appointed as authorized representative and process agent, with effect from October 27, 2026. With effect from October 27, 2026, the authorized representatives are Dr. Su Ertian and Ms. Chen, and the process agent is Ms. Chen.
