The company said the decline in performance was mainly attributable to a phased drop in quarterly delivery volume and differences in order structure, while foreign exchange fluctuations also had a certain impact on net profit. Excluding the impact of foreign exchange, the company achieved net profit of approximately RMB860 million in the first three quarters of 2026, up approximately 6% year on year.
Dajin Heavy Industry also announced that Jin Xin, the company's actual controller and chairman of the board, proposed a repurchase of the company's H shares, with the number of shares repurchased not exceeding 10% of the total issued H shares on the date the H-share repurchase mandate is approved. Sinolink believes that since September, shipments for the company's BCWind and NSCB projects in Poland have successively commenced, while its own transport vessels KINGTWO and KINGTHREE have successively been launched and undertaken shipping work, and the company's revenue and profit are expected to see a significant recovery in Q4.
