During the review period, China's national economy operated generally steadily; however, consumer demand for apparel and footwear and consumer confidence had not yet shown a significant recovery, and increasingly intense competition within the industry affected the Group's sales performance during the period. As a result, the Group's total revenue for the period fell 28.9% year-on-year; consolidated gross profit fell 40.8% year-on-year to RMB32.9 million, and the gross profit margin decreased by 9.7 percentage points from the same period last year to 48.3%, mainly due to active clearance of off-season slow-moving inventory and an increase in the proportion of e-commerce sales during the period.
