DUFU LIQUOR GP (00986): Yao Daohua and Liu Liangyuan Resign as Independent Non-Executive Directors

DUFU LIQUOR GP (00986) announced that, with effect from October 16, 2026, Mr. Yao Daohua resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Company's remuneration committee, the chairman of the nomination committee and the chairman of the audit committee, as he intends to devote more time to other business commitments. Mr. Liu Liangyuan resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the nomination committee and a member of the audit committee, as he intends to devote more time to other business commitments. Mr. Zhang Heng has been re-designated as the chairman of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
