CISI FIN (06058) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary CISI Investment purchased perpetual securities with an aggregate principal amount of US$14.35 million (equivalent to approximately HK$112.6 million) in the open market during the period from April 20, 2026 to October 23, 2026, at a total consideration of approximately US$14.7641 million (equivalent to approximately HK$115.9 million).
