CIMC ENRIC (03899) announced that in the first three quarters of 2026, the Group recorded revenue of RMB20.52 billion, up 6.0% year on year; net profit of RMB836 million, up 5.3% year on year; and profit attributable to shareholders of RMB817 million, up 6.5% year on year. In the third quarter, the Group recorded revenue of RMB7.635 billion, up 13.4% year on year; net profit of RMB310 million, up 45.5% year on year; and profit attributable to shareholders of RMB300 million, up 47.1% year on year. In the third quarter of 2026, the clean energy and chemical environment segment of the Group maintained strong revenue growth, driving the Group's third-quarter revenue up 13.4% year on year to RMB7.635 billion (same period in 2025: RMB6.734 billion), and profit attributable to equity holders of the Group up 47.1% year on year to RMB300 million (same period in 2025: RMB204 million). In the third quarter of 2026, benefiting from strong growth in offshore clean energy and natural gas storage and transportation equipment, revenue of the clean energy segment grew 16.8% to RMB6.319 billion (same period in 2025: RMB5.412 billion). The top five products by sales revenue were liquefied gas carriers, liquid tanks, large cryogenic tanks, LNG tanker trucks, and CNG high-pressure vehicles and tube bundles. The clean energy segment continued to be the business segment with the highest share of the Group's revenue, and its share rose to 82.8% in the third quarter of 2026 (same period in 2025: 80.4%). Thanks to the release of profitability from the offshore clean energy business, the incremental profit contribution from the coke oven gas-to-LNG and hydrogen production project, and the growth in demand for natural gas transportation equipment, profit attributable to shareholders of the clean energy segment surged 42.9% year on year in the third quarter of 2026. In the onshore clean energy business, revenue in the third quarter of 2026 grew 14.7% year on year to RMB4.202 billion (same period in 2025: RMB3.665 billion). Although China's apparent natural gas consumption and LNG imports performed weakly in the third quarter of 2026, demand for natural gas storage and transportation equipment maintained growth during the period, thanks to increased domestic gas production, growing domestic inland natural gas transportation demand, and accelerated construction of domestic LNG filling stations and integrated energy stations. The onshore clean energy overseas business also expanded strongly. During the period, the Colombia integrated natural gas project and the Africa spherical tank project progressed steadily, and equipment such as LNG tank containers and CNG tube bundle vehicles achieved batch exports. In the third quarter of 2026, onshore overseas clean energy revenue surged 62.6% year on year to RMB831 million (same period in 2025: RMB511 million). In addition, the Group's low-carbon energy station power generation equipment once again won the Daqing Oilfield project. The distributed gas power generation business has covered core domestic oil and gas production areas such as Daqing, Sichuan-Chongqing, Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia, and has successfully exported to Nigeria communications base stations. In the integrated services business, the Anji Yingkou project, the Linggang project, and the newly commissioned Shougang Shuigang project operated steadily; the Group assisted Guangzhou Port in completing China's first green methanol bunkering for an international ocean-going bulk carrier. Its self-produced biomass green methanol has successfully completed the "production storage transportation bunkering" closed loop in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Meanwhile, the Group, together with State Grid and Datang Shandong Company, reached cooperation on the Dongying green methanol integrated project. In the offshore clean energy business, revenue in the third quarter of 2026 surged 21.2% year on year to RMB2.117 billion (same period in 2025: RMB1.747 billion). In the third quarter of 2026, the Group delivered 6 vessels. During the period, the Group won orders for multiple LNG transportation and bunkering vessels from domestic and international customers, further maintaining its globally leading market share in this niche segment, and also obtained batch orders for MR medium-range product tankers. In the nine months ended September 30, 2026, offshore clean energy cumulative new orders signed amounted to RMB8.85 billion, with an order backlog of RMB21.683 billion, of which shipbuilding business orders have been scheduled through 2029. Looking ahead, the Group's products such as LNG transportation and bunkering vessels, LNG marine fuel tanks, liquid cargo tanks, and gas supply systems will continue to benefit from the global green transformation of shipping.
