QUANTGROUP (02685) Announces Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Chewujie (Beijing) for Framework Procurement and Scenario Empowerment of Physical AI Shopping Guide Siasun Robot&Automation QUANTGROUP (02685) issued an announcement that on October 23, 2026, Silicon-Based (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Silicon-Based Intelligence), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Chewujie (Beijing) Automobile Co., Ltd. ("Chewujie (Beijing)"), an automobile dealership company registered in Beijing, signed a strategic cooperation agreement for framework procurement and scenario empowerment of physical AI shopping guide Siasun Robot&Automation (the Strategic Procurement Agreement), which sets out the parties' intention to cooperate. Pursuant to the Strategic Procurement Agreement, Silicon-Based Intelligence shall provide up to 2,000 sets of one-stop solutions by the end of 2027, including physical artificial intelligence (AI) Siasun Robot&Automation, embedded software, automobile sales scenario configuration and supporting services, for use by Chewujie (Beijing) in providing automobile sales services at automobile dealership stores under its management. The usage scenarios covered by the Strategic Procurement Agreement include but are not limited to customer greeting and reception, vehicle model introduction, customer interaction, and lead collection and distribution. Supporting services include knowledge base configuration, customization of sales scripts and workflows, system integration, training, operational support and remote maintenance. The Strategic Procurement Agreement sets a cumulative procurement cap of up to 2,000 units during the agreement period, with phased confirmation and delivery arrangements. The specific models, functional configurations, software modules, after-sales services, delivery stores and prices will be proposed by Chewujie (Beijing) based on the needs of its automobile dealership stores, and each term will be agreed by both parties in the relevant final procurement confirmation form, according to which delivery will be made. The Group will continue to explore the application of cutting-edge technologies, including "intelligent species," in the physical world, as well as the application of AI technology in various consumer scenarios. The Board believes that the Strategic Procurement Agreement is an exploration of the application of the Group's core strategy of AI + consumer scenarios in the physical world, constitutes a scenario-based extension of the Group's existing AI technical capabilities, and does not constitute a material change in the Group's principal business.
