Goldwind Science & Technology (02208) announced that on October 23, 2026, the board resolved and approved the application to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for registration and issuance of long-term medium-term notes with equity features. The registered issuance size is not more than RMB 2 billion, and the proceeds are intended for purposes compliant with regulatory requirements, including supplementing working capital, repaying interest-bearing debt, and project construction.
