IFBH (06603) announced that, based on a preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 (the nine-month period) and other information currently available to the Board, net profit for the nine-month period is expected to decrease by approximately 60% to 75% compared with the same period in 2025.
Based on the information currently available, the Board considers that the expected decrease in net profit for the nine-month period is attributable to the combined effect of the following factors: (i) a decrease in the Group's revenue, primarily due to (a) global supply chain disruptions resulting in shortages of coconut water, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and other packaging materials, including a reduction in coconut water supply in Thailand, which was caused by a decrease in coconut opening volumes due to lower demand for other coconut by-products, limiting the Group's ability to fulfill orders placed by its distributors; (b) the ongoing restructuring and optimization of Innococo's distribution channels; and, to a lesser extent, (c) a decrease in orders received due to weak overall consumer sentiment in the coconut water category and intensified market competition; and (ii) a decrease in the Group's gross profit margin, primarily due to increased costs of coconut water and PET packaging materials.
