GALAXY ENT (00027) subsidiary GALAXY ENT contributes MOP 2.27 billion to participate in the Macao SAR Government-guided fund

GALAXY ENT (00027) announces that on October 23, 2026, its subsidiary Galaxy Casino, S.A. together with other Macau gaming concessionaires entered into a limited partnership agreement in respect of its participation as a limited partner in the "Macao SAR Government-Guided Fund No. 2 Limited Partnership Fund." The fund is an investment fund guided by the Macao SAR Government and established in Macau, aimed at directing capital toward key enterprises and strategic industry sectors that help promote the diversified development of Macau's economy, and supporting the interconnected development of Macau, the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The fund will also invest in projects aligned with the policy direction of the Macao SAR Government. Under the arrangements, Galaxy Casino's subscribed capital contribution to the fund is approximately MOP 2.27 billion, and this investment will be counted toward Galaxy Casino's non-gaming investment commitment under its gaming concession. The relevant contribution is expected to be made in stages in accordance with the agreement. GEG believes that participating in the fund complements the Group's overall investment and development strategy of supporting Macau's long-term economic development. GEG also supports the Macao SAR Government's efforts to promote the diversified development of Macau's economy and to foster the coordinated development of Macau, Hengqin, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
