Hunan Meihu Intelligent Manufacturing (603319.SH)'s controlling shareholder proposes a share repurchase of RMB 30 million to RMB 50 million.
Meihu Co., Ltd. (603319.SH) issued an announcement that Mr. Xu Zhongqiu, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, has proposed that the company use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase part of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the centralized bidding trading method via the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system. After the repurchase is completed, the repurchased shares will be used to reduce the company's registered capital. The total repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 50 million (inclusive).
