TRANSTHERA-B (02617) rose over 4%, up 3.28% as of press time at HK$8.82, with turnover of HK$23.0788 million. On the news front, TRANSTHERA-B announced that its self-developed Class 1 new drug Genotai (tengogatinib tablets) has received conditional marketing approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the treatment of adult patients with advanced, metastatic, or unresectable cholangiocarcinoma who have previously received systemic therapy and FGFR inhibitor treatment and who harbor fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 2 fusion or rearrangement. Genotai is China's first approved treatment for this indication, and is expected to benefit FGFR-mutant cholangiocarcinoma patients after resistance, filling the guideline gap in the treatment of advanced biliary tract malignancies. It is reported that on September 9, 2026, the first batch of Genotai products completed production and successfully left the factory. On September 17, 2026, the first batch of Genotai products was officially shipped through commercial channels to pharmacies across the country, officially launching nationwide commercial supply; on the same day, Genotai issued the country's first prescription at Peking University Cancer Hospital, marking Genotai's official entry into the commercial sales stage in China. Recently, Genotai has issued its first clinical prescriptions in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu and other provinces, with DTP pharmacies in multiple regions across the country completing stock distribution in tandem.
