Davion Healthcare Plc debuts on the U.S. stock market.
On Thursday, Davion Healthcare Plc (DAVI.US) debuted on the U.S. stock market, with its share price falling more than 12% after the opening to $10.73. The IPO price was $12.25. Davion Healthcare Plc is an Ireland-based medical technology company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of non-invasive home health monitoring technology, aiming to help consumers detect potential health abnormalities early. The company's flagship product, BreastCheck, is an FDA-registered home breast health screening product that can identify potential abnormalities by monitoring temperature changes on the breast surface. The detection process takes less than 15 minutes, and results can be viewed through a mobile app or online, but it cannot replace mammography or clinical diagnosis. In addition, the company is developing products in areas such as blood circulation, testicular health, skin abnormalities, and wound monitoring. Davion plans to expand its business scale through commercialization of its own products and acquisitions of complementary medical companies. According to the company's prospectus, it had not generated operating revenue in 2025 and remains in the early commercialization stage.
