Class C (GOOGL.US) declined more than 2%, and Oracle Corporation (ORCL.US) and Microsoft Corporation (MSFT.US) each fell over 1%. All three major U.S. stock indices moved lower during intraday trading. As of press time, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.64%, the Nasdaq was down 2.26%, and the S&P 500 was down 1.39%.
