HAIZHI TECH GP (02706) announces that Ms. Poon Pui Man has resigned as the joint company secretary of the Company; the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the agent of the Company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (the "Process Agent"), with effect from October 21, 2026.

Ms. Wong Wai Han has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and Process Agent, with effect from October 21, 2026. Mr. Miao Zheng will continue to serve as the Company's other joint company secretary.
