Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls (02050): Wang Xuemin Appointed as Chief Financial Officer

Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls (02050) announced that the board of directors of Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a resignation report submitted by Mr. Yu Yingkui, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Due to work arrangement requirements, Mr. Yu Yingkui has applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer. After leaving the position, he will continue to hold other positions in the Company. His resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the Company's board of directors. The Company convened the 23rd extraordinary meeting of the eighth board of directors on October 22, 2026, at which the "Proposal on the Change of the Company's Chief Financial Officer" was deliberated and approved. Upon nomination by the Chairman and review by the Company's board nomination committee and audit committee, the Company's board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Xuemin as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, with a term commencing from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the Company's eighth board of directors.
