ZIJING INTL FIN (08340) announces that, with effect from October 22, 2026, Ms. Liu Meixue has resigned as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the audit committee, the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee. Ms. Chen Jie has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee. Ms. Zhang Yuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee.
