ZHONGZHENG INTL (00943) announced that with effect from October 21, 2026: Mr. Liu Liyang has resigned as an executive director of the Company and ceased to be an authorized representative of the Company; Mr. Yao Wenfeng has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the Board, a member of the remuneration committee of the Company, and chairman of the nomination committee of the Company; and Mr. Ou Zhipeng has been appointed as an executive director and an authorized representative of the Company.
