SINOPEC SEG (02386) announces that for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the total value of newly signed contracts of the Group amounted to RMB 61.349 billion. For the three months ended September 30, 2026, the total value of newly signed contracts of the Group amounted to RMB 9.438 billion. Representative contracts are as follows: 1. An EPC lump-sum turnkey contract was signed with Sinopec Qilu Branch for the 1 million tonnes/year ethylene plant, 10 million tonnes/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and 1.5 million tonnes/year continuous reforming unit of the Lu Oil Lu Refining transformation and upgrading technical renovation project, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 5.120 billion; 2. An EPC lump-sum turnkey contract was signed with Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yulin Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. for the vinyl acetate joint unit of the ethanol and acetic acid downstream products project (Phase I), with a contract value of approximately RMB 797 million; 3. A contract for engineering design and technical services for certain units of the CHN Energy Inner Mongolia ERDOS Resources coal liquefaction upgrading demonstration project was signed with the coal-to-liquids and coal chemical company of China Shenhua Energy and the coal-to-liquids branch of Inner Mongolia ERDOS Resources, with a contract value of approximately RMB 154 million.
