Hisense Home Appliances (00921) announced that during the period from October 28, 2025 to October 21, 2026, the Company's subsidiary, Refrigerator Marketing Company (as subscriber), entered into a CITIC SEC Asset Management wealth management agreement to subscribe to CITIC SEC Asset Management wealth management products, with a subscription amount of RMB 2.02 billion.
