APT ELECTRONICS (02551) Enters into EPC Contract with S.Y. Technology Engineering

APT ELECTRONICS (02551) announced that on March 5, 2025, Guangzhou Lingwei (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) (as the employer) entered into an EPC Contract with S.Y. Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (as the contractor), pursuant to which Guangzhou Lingwei engaged SYC to provide EPC services for the Project, with a total contract amount of RMB276 million. The Project refers to Guangzhou Lingwei's Greater Bay Area headquarters production and R&D base project. The reason for entering into the EPC Contract is to develop the Project. The Project involves the engineering and construction of Guangzhou Lingwei's production facilities, R&D center, and employee dormitories. The Project is carried out to expand the Group's production capacity and R&D capabilities to support its automotive intelligent vision business and meet operational and customer needs.
