SATU HOLDINGS (08392) issues profit warning, expecting a mid-term loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$1 million to HK$1.5 million, turning from profit to loss year-on-year.
SATU HOLDINGS (08392) announces that, based on a preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended September 30, 2026 (the Period) and the information currently available to the Group, the Group is expected to record a loss attributable to owners of the Company ranging from approximately HK$1 million to HK$1.5 million for the Period, compared with a profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$1.9 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The expected turnaround from profit to loss for the Period is primarily due to a decrease in revenue resulting from a reduction in sales orders from customers in the household products export business, which was offset by a decrease in selling and distribution expenses resulting from effective cost control measures implemented by the Group during the Period.
