CHINA LIT (00772) rose nearly 4% in the morning session, up 2.24% as of press time at HK$22.8, with turnover of HK$130 million. On the news front, according to market media reports recently, at the 2026 Yuewen Creation Conference, CHINA LIT CEO and President Hou Xiaonan stated that the company will deepen its "IP+AI" strategic layout. The conference released Yuewen's first batch of AI premium animation projects and upgraded the DramaBuddy comic drama assistant to the OPC one-stop platform, providing creators with a complete chain from IP source to AI production and all-network distribution. In addition, Hou Xiaonan also stated that more than 20 games adapted from Yuewen IP will be launched in the next three years, and new formats such as interactive film-games will open up game development opportunities for more IP. It is understood that in the first half of the year, Yuewen's short drama and comic drama business revenue exceeded RMB 430 million, a year-on-year increase of 230%. As of now, Yuewen has more than 660 comic dramas with over 10 million views, of which 107 have exceeded 100 million. On the overseas business front, since the launch of Yuewen's overseas comic drama platform ToonScroll, 50 works have exceeded 10 million views, 11 have exceeded 50 million, and 3 have exceeded 100 million, covering more than 10 languages. In 2026, the overseas AI comic drama market size is expected to exceed US$4 billion, and going global is becoming the second growth curve for AI video.
