In September, lotto digital, sports betting, instant, and Keno lottery sales accounted for 20.7%, 58.4%, 14.8%, and 6.1% of total lottery sales, respectively. Video lottery sales were 530,000 yuan, a decrease of 100,000 yuan from the same period last year. From January to September, cumulative lotto digital lottery sales were 129.044 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.593 billion yuan year on year, down 4.2%; sports betting lottery sales were 295.929 billion yuan, an increase of 87.089 billion yuan year on year, up 41.7%; instant lottery sales were 91.812 billion yuan, a decrease of 9.544 billion yuan year on year, down 9.4%; Keno lottery sales were 29.031 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.271 billion yuan year on year, down 7.3%. From January to September, lotto digital, sports betting, instant, and Keno lottery sales accounted for 23.7%, 54.2%, 16.8%, and 5.3% of total lottery sales, respectively. Video lottery sales were 4.54 million yuan, an increase of 2.69 million yuan year on year. III. Lottery Sales Situation by Region In September, compared with the same period last year, lottery sales in all 31 provinces across the country achieved positive growth. Among them, Shandong, Henan, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu had larger increases, rising by 1.60 billion yuan, 1.43 billion yuan, 1.16 billion yuan, and 1.05 billion yuan year on year, respectively. From January to September, compared with the same period last year, lottery sales in all 31 provinces across the country achieved positive growth. Among them, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong, and Zhejiang had larger increases, rising by 6.17 billion yuan, 5.97 billion yuan, 5.60 billion yuan, and 5.24 billion yuan year on year, respectively. Lottery institutions at all levels should closely track and analyze new situations and new problems, effectively strengthen lottery issuance and sales work, and ensure the stable operation of the market.
