Dtech Technology (301377.SZ) announced that on October 18, 2026, the company's board of directors received a letter from Ms. Wang Xin, one of the company's actual controllers and its chairman, titled "Letter Regarding the Proposal to Repurchase Company Shares of Guangdong Dtech Technology Co., Ltd." Ms. Wang Xin proposed that the company repurchase a portion of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding, with the total funds for this repurchase not less than RMB 50 million and not more than RMB 100 million (inclusive of both figures).
