EverProX Technologies (300548.SZ) announced that, based on full confidence in the company's prospects for sustained future development and high recognition of the company's intrinsic value, and in order to support the company's sustained, stable, and healthy development while safeguarding the interests of the broad investor base, the company's specific shareholder ZHU WEI and his spouse WANG XIAOHONG have voluntarily committed that, within 6 months from October 19, 2026 (October 19, 2026 to April 18, 2027), they will not reduce their directly held shares of the company by any means. During the above commitment period, any shares increased from such shares due to reasons such as capitalization of capital reserve into share capital, distribution of stock dividends, or rights issues shall also be subject to this non-reduction commitment.
