FS.COM (03355) elects Xiang Wei as chairman of the third board of directors.

FS.COM (03355) announced that, with the approval of the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Xiang Wei and Mr. Zeng Di were elected as executive directors of the third board of directors, Mr. Peng Chao and Mr. Zhao Pan were elected as non-executive directors of the third board of directors, and Mr. Ran Long, Dr. Guo Fei and Ms. Wang Jing were elected as independent non-executive directors of the third board of directors. The Board has passed a resolution to elect Mr. Xiang Wei as chairman of the third board of directors for a term of three years, consistent with the term of the third board of directors. With the approval of the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting, Ms. Duan Ting and Ms. Zhu Yue were re-elected as non-employee representative supervisors of the third supervisory committee of the Company, and together with Mr. Zhang Denghui, the employee representative supervisor elected by the Company's employee representative assembly on September 28, 2026, will jointly form the third supervisory committee of the Company. The term of the third supervisory committee is three years commencing from October 16, 2026. On October 16, 2026, the Board resolved to renew the appointment of Mr. Xiang Wei as the Company's general manager, and Mr. Zeng Di, Mr. Qi Jixiang and Mr. Li Yang as the Company's deputy general managers. Mr. Zeng Di will also continue to serve as the Company's joint company secretary. Their terms are all three years, consistent with the term of the third board of directors.
