LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) appoints Yang Qingyang as executive director and chairman.

LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announced that, with effect from 16 October 2026, Mr. Chen Wenrui has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; Mr. Yang Qingyang has been appointed as an executive director, the chairman, a member of the remuneration committee and the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Zhai Binbin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Xu Qiang has resigned as the chairman, a member of the remuneration committee and the chairman of the nomination committee, and remains as an executive director and the chief executive officer; Ms. Wu Liyu has resigned as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Xu Hongqun has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee; and Mr. Bian Hongjiang has resigned as a member of the nomination committee.
