MOG DIGITECH (01942) announced that the board of directors and the company's audit committee have received a resignation letter dated 16 October 2026 from So Yat Man Shun CPA Limited (So Yat Man Shun), resigning as the company's auditor with immediate effect. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has proposed to appoint Changqing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Changqing) as the company's new auditor, to hold office until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the company before it becomes effective.
