Leeport (Holdings) (00387) announced that Mr. Lee Sau Leung has ceased to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer with effect from October 16, 2026, in order to devote more time to setting the group's strategic direction, but he will continue to serve as an executive director of the company and chairman of the board of directors.

Mr. Chen Zhengxuan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Pan Yaoming, currently an executive director and the Group's Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to Group Chief Financial and Corporate Officer, with effect from October 16, 2026.
