HKR INT'L (00480) announces that Ms. Leung Wai Fun has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 17 October 2026, and ceased to be the alternate authorized representative of the Company on the same date. Ms. Ng Ka Lam has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company and the alternate authorized representative of Ms. Wong Ching Han (an executive director and authorized representative of the Company) with effect from 17 October 2026.
