On October 12, the 2026 Linyi High-End Engineering Equipment Industry "Four-Chain Integration" On-Site Promotion Meeting was officially convened. At the meeting, the Linyi Yihe New Area Management Committee and JD INDUSTRIALS (07618) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. Leveraging Linyi's strong manufacturing base and JD INDUSTRIALS' digital supply chain capabilities, the two parties will build a tripartite collaborative development model of "government guidance + platform empowerment + enterprise as the main body," deepen cooperation on digital and intelligent transformation around the region's advantageous industrial chains, and jointly advance the development of the "Linyi Intelligent Manufacturing" national-level industrial goods industry belt, helping Linyi build a trillion-yuan industrial city and an international commodity distribution center. He pointed out that "Four-Chain Integration" is the core engine for upgrading industrial capacity, and that Linyi has the foundation and conditions to build a high-end engineering equipment industry landmark with national and even global influence. The government will serve as an industrial organizer and factor guarantor, promoting coordinated efforts among government, finance, enterprises, and research institutions. He stated that cooperation with JD INDUSTRIALS will inject strong momentum into Linyi's industrial digital transformation. As an important national industrial goods industry cluster, Linyi has 13 landmark industrial chains including high-end engineering equipment, agricultural machinery equipment, and hardware tools, with a solid manufacturing foundation and outstanding commercial logistics advantages. In recent years, Linyi has taken "Four-Chain Integration" as the core engine of industrial upgrading, continuously improving its full-chain industrial system from core components to complete machine manufacturing, and from technology R&D to after-sales service, striving to strengthen its industrial framework and activate innovation momentum. The strategic cooperation with JD INDUSTRIALS is precisely a key measure for Linyi to leverage a digital platform to elevate its industrial capacity. As the core carrier area, Yihe New Area will provide all-factor policy and resource guarantees for the implementation of the cooperation. According to the agreement, the two parties will deepen practical cooperation around three core directions. In terms of industrial digital and intelligent upgrading, Yihe New Area will coordinate resources from eight advantageous industrial clusters, including local high-end engineering equipment, general components, fine chemicals, and modern pharmaceuticals, compile lists of chain-leading enterprises, specialized and sophisticated SMEs, and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and guide enterprises to join the JD INDUSTRIALS platform in batches; the two parties will jointly hold supply-demand matchmaking meetings, industry belt investment promotion meetings, and digital transformation training activities, using joint government-enterprise efforts to promote the overall upgrading of the industrial belt. In terms of regional brand building, they will jointly build an online public brand system of "Linyi Intelligent Manufacturing / Yimeng Quality Products," fully incorporate JD INDUSTRIALS' online channels into the regional brand promotion matrix, and simultaneously launch the "JD INDUSTRIALS Linyi Landmark Pavilion." This project has been included in Linyi's key projects for "intelligent transformation and digital upgrading" and industrial chain integration and consolidation, and will receive policy and assessment support. In terms of implementation guarantees, Yihe New Area supports JD INDUSTRIALS in setting up an industrial service station and stationing dedicated personnel on a permanent basis, responsible for enterprise surveying, onboarding guidance, and project follow-up; the two parties will establish a face-to-face collaborative docking mechanism, each designating dedicated liaisons to quickly resolve project advancement issues and open up government-enterprise information channels.
