GENFLEET-B(02595) surged over 8% in early trading. As of press time, it rose 4.42% to HK$28.38, with a turnover of HK$50.3292 million. On the news front, on October 15, Genfleet Therapeutics announced that multiple clinical studies of GFH375/VS-7375 (an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor) achieved positive progress, and the latest data from the related studies were released. Currently, GFH375 has been granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation three times by the Center for Drug Evaluation of China's National Medical Products Administration, for the indications of KRAS G12D-mutant pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC), and has entered two registrational Phase 3 studies for monotherapy in pancreatic cancer and NSCLC. Genfleet Therapeutics' international partner Verastem Oncology is expected to launch a registrational Phase 3 study by the end of this year for multiple combination regimens of VS-7375 (combined with anti-EGFR therapy or chemotherapy) as first-line treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), with progression-free survival (PFS) and objective response rate (ORR) as dual primary endpoints and overall survival (OS) as a secondary endpoint. The study protocol has reached consensus with the U.S. FDA.
