YUNJI-NEW(02670): Termination of Investor Voting Agreement

YUNJI-NEW (02670) announced that on October 16, 2026, YUNJI-NEW Angel Management entered into termination of concert party agreements (collectively, the Termination Agreements) with Wenzhou Haiyin, GuangKong ZhongYing, Maoji No. 2, and Maoji No. 1, respectively, to terminate the Investor Voting Agreement, effective from October 16, 2026. Following the termination of the Investor Voting Agreement, the voting rights attached to the 31,348,200 investor shares granted will no longer be conferred upon YUNJI-NEW Angel Management at the Company's shareholders' meetings, and Ms. Zhi will no longer be deemed to have an interest in such shares through YUNJI-NEW Angel Management under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
