CREALIGHTS (01191): Pan Hang Appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Board Secretary
CREALIGHTS (01191) announced that Mr. Pan Hang (Mr. Pan) has been appointed as a joint company secretary of the Company with effect from October 14, 2026, and has also been appointed as the Board Secretary to coordinate the performance of his duties relating to corporate governance, board administration and capital market affairs. Mr. Pan will serve as a joint company secretary of the Company together with the Company's existing company secretary, Ms. Chen Letong (Ms. Chen). Due to work arrangements, Mr. Hu Yong has resigned as the Board Secretary and will continue to serve as an executive director and deputy general manager of operations of the Company.
