ILUVATAR COREX (09903) announces that on October 15, 2026, pursuant to the authorization granted by shareholders, the Company granted a total of 2.2241 million awards (the "Awards") under the H Share Equity Incentive Plan to 273 selected employee participants (the "Grantees") at a purchase price of RMB1.00 per H Share, involving 2.2241 million H Shares of the Company (the "Grant"), subject to acceptance by the Grantees. The number of H Shares involved in the Awards and the scheme mandate limit of the H Share Equity Incentive Plan as described in this announcement has taken into account the adjustments arising from the capitalization issue. Upon completion of the capitalization issue, the total number of issued shares of the Company increased from 269 million shares to 808 million shares (comprising 27,647,300 non-listed shares and 780 million H Shares).
