PCCW (00008): Tsang Wai Yi Appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative
PCCW (00008) announced that Ms. Cheung Hok Chi has resigned as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Company, and will cease to act as the authorized representative of the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from 15 October 2026; and
PCCW (00008) announces that Ms. Cheung Hok Chi has resigned as the Group Legal Affairs Director and Company Secretary of the Company, and will cease to act as the authorized representative of the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from 15 October 2026; and
Ms. Tsang Wai Yi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the Company, with effect from 15 October 2026. Ms. Tsang joined the PCCW Group in 2022 and has over 25 years of professional experience in legal and company secretarial matters. She is a solicitor and a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong.
