YUK WING GP (01536) announced that as at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026 (being the latest time for acceptance), a total of 7 valid acceptances had been received, involving a total of 1,295,957,159 rights shares provisionally allotted under the provisional allotment letters, representing approximately 94.73% of the total number of rights shares offered under the rights issue.
YUK WING GP(01536) announces that as at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 12 October 2026 (being the latest time for acceptance), a total of 7 valid acceptances had been received, involving a total of 1,295,957,159 rights shares provisionally allotted under the provisional allotment letters, representing approximately 94.73% of the total number of rights shares offered under the rights issue.
Accordingly, the rights issue was under-subscribed by 72,042,841 rights shares, representing approximately 5.27% of the total number of rights shares offered under the rights issue. These 72,042,841 unsubscribed rights shares will be subject to the compensatory arrangements.
