TENCENT (00700) Prices US$1.8 Billion and RMB26 Billion Notes under Global Medium Term Note Programme

TENCENT (00700) announced that on October 13, 2026 (New York time), the Company entered into a subscription agreement with the US dollar note managers in respect of the issue of US dollar notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$1.8 billion under the programme; and a subscription agreement with the RMB note managers in respect of the issue of RMB notes with an aggregate principal amount of RMB26 billion under the programme. After deducting underwriting fees, discounts and commissions, the estimated net proceeds from the issue of the US dollar notes and the RMB notes will be approximately US$1.79 billion and RMB25.89 billion, respectively. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The notes are expected to be issued on October 21, 2026 (New York time).
