JINMA ENERGY (06885): Zhao Kaishan Appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

JINMA ENERGY (06885) announced that, in order to further optimize the Company's governance structure, maintain and further enhance the compliance and governance requirements for listed companies under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and strengthen the Company's commitment to enhancing compliance awareness and internal controls, and in response to the Company's governance structure optimization and compliance work arrangements, Mr. Wang Xueliang has ceased to serve as (i) the company secretary of the Company and (ii) the authorized representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, both with effect from October 13, 2026. Ms. Zhao Kaishan has been appointed as the company secretary and the authorized representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, succeeding Mr. Wang, both with effect from October 13, 2026.
