CMOC Group Limited (03993) wholly-owned subsidiary intends to contribute a total of RMB 900 million to subscribe for shares in two private equity funds.
CMOC Group Limited (03993) announced that, in order to further expand investment channels and enhance investment returns, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Shimoke, plans to subscribe for fund shares as a limited partner, specifically: contributing RMB 500 million of its own funds to subscribe for shares in the Nanjing Yuanfeng Fund; and contributing RMB 400 million of its own funds to subscribe for shares in the Hexie Growth Phase IV Fund.
