160 HEALTH (02656) announces that, following the inside information announcement published by the Company on September 16, 2026, regarding the strategic cooperation framework agreement signed between Shenzhen 160 Network Technology Co., Ltd., an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, and a national-level high-tech enterprise focused on the enterprise-level computing power infrastructure sector, with an estimated total cooperation amount of approximately RMB 650 million, 160 Network Technology has formally signed the first sales contract under the cooperation framework agreement with the cooperating party, with a contract amount of approximately RMB 42 million. 160 Network Technology will advance the delivery of AI computing power infrastructure and related services in accordance with the terms of the first sales contract and the project arrangements of the cooperating party. The Board believes that the signing of the first sales contract marks the Group's transition with the cooperating party from a framework cooperation intention to the stage of actual business implementation and execution, and the estimated cooperation scale of approximately RMB 650 million as stated in the strategic cooperation announcement is gradually entering the fulfillment stage. The Group will maintain continuous communication with the cooperating party, orderly advance the connection of potential follow-up business, and promote the further implementation of the estimated cooperation scale. The first sales contract and the transactions contemplated thereunder do not constitute a transaction subject to announcement under Chapter 14 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, nor do they constitute a connected transaction under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
