ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576): Loo Ying Kit and Zhang Zhuting Nominated as Candidates for Independent Non-Executive Directors

ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576) announced that Mr. Loo Ying Kit and Mr. Zhang Zhuting have been nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the Company, and such nomination has been considered and approved by the nomination committee and the board meeting of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Loo and Mr. Zhang as independent non-executive directors of the Company is subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company at an extraordinary general meeting. The term of office of each of Mr. Loo and Mr. Zhang will commence from the date of approval by election at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company and end on the date of expiry of the term of the tenth board of directors (i.e. 30 June 2027).
