YUZHOU GROUP (01628) announced that the contracted sales amount of the company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (the Group) for September 2026 was RMB 386 million, with a sales area of 31,428 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 12,273 per square meter; of which the sales amount settled by property in lieu of construction payment was RMB 75 million, with a sales area of 14,843 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 5,091 per square meter. By company type, the contracted sales amount of the Group's subsidiaries was RMB 202 million, with a sales area of 17,018 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 11,880 per square meter; of which the sales amount settled by property in lieu of construction payment was RMB 29 million, with a sales area of 3,802 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 7,518 per square meter. The contracted sales amount of the joint ventures was RMB 36 million, with a sales area of 4,074 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 8,880 per square meter; of which the sales amount settled by property in lieu of construction payment was RMB 11 million, with a sales area of 7,964 square meters and an average selling price of RMB 1,463 per square meter.
