FUJIAN HOLDINGS (00181) Appoints Su Qingpeng as Authorized Representative
Fujian Holdings (00181) announced that Mr. Su Qingpeng has been appointed as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from October 12, 2026. Mr. Su, aged 44, joined the Group in March 2025 as General Manager and Executive Director, responsible for daily operations management and implementing the overall strategy of the Group.
