CHINA HONGBAO (08316) announced that, following the passing of a special resolution regarding the proposed change of company name by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on September 18, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has approved the registration of the Company's new name and issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name on September 18, 2026. Accordingly, the English name of the Company has been changed from "China Hongbao Holdings Limited" to "SwiftLife Holdings Limited", and its Chinese name "CHINA HONGBAO" has been replaced by "" as the Company's Chinese dual foreign name, with effect from September 18, 2026. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on October 6, 2026, certifying that the English name of the Company registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) has been changed from "China Hongbao Holdings Limited" to "SwiftLife Holdings Limited", and the Chinese name has been changed from "CHINA HONGBAO" to "". The English stock short name for trading of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CHINA HONGBAO" to "SWIFTLIFE", and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "CHINA HONGBAO" to "", with effect from 9:00 a.m. on October 15, 2026. The Company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "8316".
