On the news front, in September this year, WeRide, along with international mobility service giant Uber and AVOMO, the autonomous driving business unit under the Moove Cars group, jointly announced that, with the support of the Madrid government, the three parties officially obtained Spain's first L4 autonomous passenger vehicle operating license issued by the Spanish Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT) under the ES-AV framework, allowing vehicle deployment on public roads. The company will work with partners such as Uber and AVOMO to promote Spain's first commercial Robotaxi service, which is scheduled to open to the public by the end of 2026. Huaxin Securities believes that WeRide achieved rapid revenue growth in the second quarter of 2026 and continued improvement in operating efficiency. The replicability of the overseas asset-light model has been verified and is rapidly expanding in multiple markets; the L2++/L3 business has entered a period of rapid growth, becoming the company's new growth engine; continuous breakthroughs in AI technology provide technical support for the commercialization of autonomous driving.
