New Stock News | Hong Kong Stock Exchange Welcomes a Leading Industrial Physical AI Company: Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing Passes HKEX Main Board Hearing
Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing passes the HKEX Main Board hearing.
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on October 9 that Changzhou Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing") has passed the listing hearing for the HKEX Main Board, with Orient International serving as the sole sponsor.
Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing is grounded in "industrial scenario-driven" principles and relies on its "out-of-the-box, highly flexible, and exceptionally intelligent" industrial Embodied Intelligent Industrial Robot (EIIR) to deeply meet the demands of industrial sites for high precision, rapid flexibility, complex working conditions, and intelligent upgrading, truly transforming embodied intelligence into stable and reliable productivity. Based on 2025 revenue, the company is the largest EIIR product provider in China, with a market share of approximately 20% in China's embodied intelligent industrial robot industry. In addition, the company has been listed on Forbes' "Top 50 Chinese AI Tech Enterprises" for three consecutive years and was included in the "IDC China AI Top 50" list in 2026.
Financial data shows that the company's performance has grown significantly in recent years, with revenue increasing from approximately RMB 434 million in 2023 to approximately RMB 796 million in 2025. After recording a net loss of approximately RMB 114 million in 2023 due to high-intensity R&D investment, the company recorded net profits of approximately RMB 15.7 million and RMB 5.1 million in 2024 and 2025 respectively, achieving profitability for two consecutive years with significantly improved profitability.
Over the past three years, the EIIR embodied intelligent industrial robot business revenue grew from RMB 114 million to RMB 453 million, with a compound annual growth rate of nearly 100%, contributing over 50% of revenue in 2025 and becoming the primary growth engine.
Weiyi Intelligent Manufacturing adheres to the "Industrial Physical AI Brain" as its underlying capability, forming a growth flywheel through industrial VLA models, vertical expert models, and over 23TB of embodied intelligence data, deeply integrating with robot bodies adapted to real working conditions. This enables industrial embodied intelligent robots to possess both cross-scenario generalization capabilities and industrial-grade precision and efficiency, comprehensively empowering core scenarios such as quality inspection, grinding, handling, loading and unloading, assembly, and flexible production.
The company's technology system is built and operates on the principles of "fast and slow thinking" and "human-in-the-loop." Among these, "fast thinking" is used for immediate, real-time actions. Through a cloud-based human-machine interaction system, the company can rapidly inject human expert process knowledge, solving the "cold start" challenge of AI applications. Compared to the industry average debugging cycle of weeks to months, EIIR products can be operational within days of installation.
"Slow thinking" is used for long-term autonomous learning. In this phase, "human-in-the-loop" is the key to converting raw data into permanent knowledge. Human experts organize, clean, and annotate the massive data generated during "fast thinking," transforming it into high-value assets used to continuously train and evolve core AI models in the cloud, driving the system toward true autonomy.
The company leverages massive amounts of precisely labeled data and models accumulated from past projects to generate efficient pre-trained models, greatly shortening the training time and cost of AI models for new projects. Thanks to Beijing Vastdata Technology's advantages and efficient deployment, during the track record period, the gross profit margins of EIIR products were 47.9%, 55.1%, 53.5%, and 54.8% respectively, consistently above the industry average.
Currently, the company's EIIR series products have achieved replicable, high-return large-scale deployment in multiple high-value sectors including 3C electronics, new energy, automotive manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, and semiconductors, cumulatively serving over 25 Fortune Global 500 enterprises.
Looking ahead, the company is developing more generalized and efficient proprietary industrial VLA models, starting from end-to-end professional industrial VLA models. These models will be capable of processing and aligning multimodal data, uniformly transforming it into a universal "language" or framework for industrial applications, thereby forming a more comprehensive understanding of complex factory environments.
Since 2025, the company has officially launched its overseas business expansion strategy, entering European and American markets. It currently serves over 25 Fortune Global 500 and industry-leading enterprises, and has won multiple overseas direct delivery orders through their subsidiary factories. As of the latest practicable date, there were 19 overseas backlog orders with a total contract value of approximately RMB 35.7 million. The company is actively expanding into new overseas markets such as Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia, and will establish comprehensive regional centers overseas to provide full lifecycle support from pre-sales consulting, deployment and delivery, to local model iteration.
