MOMENTA-W (06880) rose over 6%, up 6.59% as of press time, at HK$152, with a turnover of HK$11.0154 million. On the news front, MOMENTA-W recently entered into a global strategic cooperation with Shenlong Technology. Leveraging the Momenta R7 world model, the two parties will jointly develop an advanced intelligent assisted driving system, to be equipped on all-new mass-production models of Peugeot and Jeep, for launch in China, Europe, and other global markets, helping mainstream brands under the Stellantis group accelerate their global intelligent transformation. Well-known investment banks including Deutsche Bank and BofA Merrill Lynch are bullish on the Momenta-Stellantis cooperation, calling it a new growth channel for Momenta. Deutsche Bank believes that this cooperation marks a key milestone as Chinese NOA technology has been integrated into a global vehicle program. At the same time, it also highlights a new globalization path for Momenta exporting its advanced intelligent assisted driving system to overseas markets through cooperation with global automotive brands. Notably, Momenta is further moving toward directly providing overseas market solutions to global automakers. Deutsche Bank stated that if Momenta succeeds in the Shenlong project, it could pave the way for it to further expand the scope of cooperation and become a broader supplier within Stellantis' global vehicle product portfolio.
