BOAN BIOTECH (06955) Enters into a Promotion Cooperation Agreement with Nanjing Luye

BOAN BIOTECH (06955) announces that on October 9, 2026, the Company entered into a promotion cooperation agreement with Nanjing Luye, a subsidiary of LUYE PHARMA (the Company's controlling shareholder), pursuant to which Nanjing Luye will provide promotion and marketing services for the Company's designated products for a term commencing on October 9, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2027. The Group currently has five marketed products and is pursuing a commercialization strategy focused on expanding product coverage, strengthening market access and enhancing product penetration through a well-established distribution network comprising more than 154 distributors and more than 3,210 target hospitals. The Company believes that by entering into the promotion cooperation agreement, the Group will be able to leverage Nanjing Luye's marketing expertise and resources to enhance the market penetration and brand awareness of its products. The promotion and marketing services to be provided by Nanjing Luye will support the Group's commercialization strategy for biosimilars and biological products and are expected to contribute to the growth of the Group's revenue from products.
